Ads Brain is the client workspace of Loberra, a performance marketing agency: the results of the advertising we run for our clients, their creative briefs, leads and reports. This page says what it keeps about you, and why.
What we keep
Your Google account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and name, nothing else. We use them only to let you in, and only if you were invited.
Advertising data. Spend, results and campaign settings of the ad accounts we manage for your company, read from Meta, Google Ads and Google Analytics with access you granted us.
Leads. The answers people give in your lead forms, kept so your team can follow them up.
Telegram. If you connect our bot, your Telegram chat id and username, so it can send you what you asked for.
Who sees it
Only Loberra and the people your company invites. Each company sees its own data and nothing of anyone else’s. We never sell data, show ads with it or share it with third parties beyond the services that run Ads Brain.
Where it is kept
In the European Union: the database with Supabase (Frankfurt) and the application with Vercel (Frankfurt). Messages go through Telegram when you connect it.
Your choices
You can disconnect Telegram at any time (/stop in the bot), and ask us to remove your access or delete what we keep about you: write to volkoleg83@gmail.com.
